RIM BlackBerry Cell Phones -The BlackBerry
is a wireless handheld device that was
introduced in 1999 that supports push e-mail,

and other wireless information services. The
Blackberry cell phone was developed by Research In Motion (RIM), delivering information over wireless data networks of
cell phones companies.
The Blackberry phones made headway in the marketplace by first concentrating on e-mail. RIM worked with Palm to offer PalmSource Mail for BlackBerry Connect to connect Palm OS based Treo devices to BlackBerry services.
